As long as side panel can sit flush it is fine. Though onjestly you can run without a side panel.

You've created multiple threads about questions relating to same issues. These have been merged by moderation to keep forums clean.

If all cables are plugged in, double check them CPU and mobo power cables can be hard to get clicking correctly. I've have to sometimes use flathead screwdriver to push them down.

Can You maybe mark it for me where I need to put the power sw at? 
 

so if I didn’t plug the power sw could that be why my fans were not spinning?

I really don't understand this hate for manuals. For one it would be faster. Page 1-20, I can't get it any more clear than that.
