Audio Problem After Installing New Graphics Card

I recently installed a new graphics card into my PC and I’ve been having some audio problems with it since. The audio works perfectly but after leaving the computer for a while and having it fall asleep it suddenly drops to zero. To be clear, it still displays in settings that everything is the same but no actual sound comes out of the speaker until I reboot the computer. I have my speakers connected to my monitor through a 3.5mm and the audio is listed as NVIDIA High Definition Audio (I’ve included an image of what it looks like below).
