Double Cold Boot Ryzen 1st Gen

So I just bought some new ram, Corsair 3000mhz CL16 and it works great. I have an AsRock x370 Killer SLI and every time I do a cold boot, the fans ramp up, ramp down, ramp up and then I get an image and boot. Is there a way to resolve this? I have XMP enabled and the ram is running at 2933mHz

So like double boot ? 

Make sure you have the bios

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

I have version 4.60 of the bios, although the newest one they recommend is 5.40.

It's basically a double boot, but the settings don't change when I look in cpu-z. The timings and speed I set in the xmp profile are still the same.

Try updating the bios and if that didn't work try clearing the cmos
