Mixing AMD and NVIDIA cards?

So i have 2 GPU's in my system, a Zotac 2070 Super and a Sapphire RX580, now i want to run my games on the 2070 and then use the 580 to render in OBS, is this possible? How Would i set it up?

You probably wnt to use the 2070 to run nvenc in obs as its much better in quality than the 580, and uses a deticated part of the die, so there is very little performnce ddegrdtion.
