Safe max GPU voltage and Temp?

Running a GTX1070TI, what are the safe voltages and temps? I'm sitting on 65c and 1.070v max... is it alright? what is the max Voltage?

Run max voltage on all of my cards if I bother to overclock. Safe temp is already stated by nvidia for the gpu itself anyway. 
I’d try to keep it as cool as possible as it will boost more.
