Fiio K5 DAC/AMP wont work Win 10

Hello, 
so yeah i bought the Fiio K5, but when i connect it to pc (Windows 10 v1909 ) through USB cable it won't show up, not even the popup about the new device. 
I've installed the driver but it shows the No device Connected greyed out.

Also, it's not showing in device manager in the sound adapter category. 
I found that the cable might be the problem so i bought a new one and tested it but with no luck. I tried different ports in the PC 2.0, 3.0 no succes. 
I've tested this on 3 computers (All windows 10 machines). 

If anyone have som clue how to fix it i would appreciate it, because it drives me crazy :D Thanks

Just RMA it. They might have sent you a defective model

It's the k5. 

 

Yeah I've been thinking that it might be broken piece but I've seen alot of people online complaining about dac connected to windows.
