how do i dump or dispose of trash files

i want to know if theres a way to where i can have temporary or extra trash files automatically delete from my computer or be sent to another hard drive to be deleted from there

you know those files that can be deleted from your computer thru regular uninstallation and they cling to your hard drive until you go thru your folders and delete them all manually?

No not really. 

Usually if you click the "delete all associated files" button it deletes everything. 

But even then, that's only a couple megabytes max.

Are you talking about leftover files that keep around after uninstalling a program?

yes and they add up over time making me able to use less and less of my hard drive and i want to know if theres a way to make those files gone

You can use various programs to do that. IObit Uninstaller comes to mind, but please be careful with it as it also deletes leftover registry keys(you can uncheck the box for registry keys). It can sometimes delete the wrong ones and cause issues.
