9700k OC On Aorus 9700k

I am a large noob to overclocking and have only used the auto settings included in bios the options of 4.9 ghz on one core maxes at about 80c and with all cores at 4.9ghz i am nearly reaching 100c, i am using a kraken x62 and i am also aware i am going the very wrong way to overclock but i am too scared to mess with settings and blow the cpu up, does anyone have any guides for a stable overclock with decent temps??

How about you go into your bios and check? And set a manual voltage.. How do you even OC with auto?
