So i need me a Mid Tower ATX case with RGB fans for a 1000 USD build 

cases with vertical gpu mounting would be much needed

please yelp

What are your planned system specs?

 

Is the vertical mount needed or really wanted? For a gaming PC, native PCI-E vertical slots can be detrimental to cooling performance which can result in a loss in FPS.
