Using wifi and Ethernet at the same time for different applications (Windows 10)

I'm just a casual PC gamer (laptop) who has a poor internet connection. So here's the problem...I have WiFi in my home which is okay for downloads but gives a higher ping and not suitable to game on. so I usually turn on my phone's Hotspot and game on that. since i am on a limited data plan it is not possible for me to have (discord) voice chat on while gaming. is there any way for me to make my game use USB tethering from my phone and make discord use my WiFi to voice chat at the same time?

the windows firewall should allow you to block certain applications from using one network adapter.

its pretty deep in the settings but it does exist.

I've been Googling all yesterday but nothing useful popped up. today I phrased it differently and i found a third party application called ForceBindIP by Richard Stanway which solved all my problems. its a command line application but there are various versions of GUIs available.

I know blocking through firewall is the best way and I'll go through the settings once again .Maybe I missed it before. Thanks for replying.
