gpu max frequency help?

I have the asus rog 2080 ti and i noticed the maximum mhz i reach in games is 1850mhz. i dont reach the mhz like videos on youtube i don't get it. i have 97% gpu maxed out but with that frequency only they are reach 1950mhz 2000mhz. but not my pc i dont get it.

It all depends what exactly brand and model of this 2080 ti you have. Some will boost higer than others (oc from the company), also it may be the temps, they may hold you back. Give us more info so we can determine if there is actually problem with your card or not.

my temps are 60-61c max. i tried to play modern warfare and i have unlimited fps and i get 97% LOAD max. and i get 1830-1850mhz maximum.

so if the default is 1650hz how am i getting 1850hz without overclocking?

Nvidia using something called boost 3.0 , if your gpu temps are alright and you have enough headroom it’ll boost higher.

maximum i have it is 1850hz. but nothing like those benchmarks at youtube videos. i guess they overclocked it higher,
