Will this give me more ram without slowing down?

So i want more RAM. i now have 2 sticks of 8GB DDR4 3000Mhz memory. i found two random 2GB DDR3 sticks laying around.

 

would the 2GB sticks bottleneck my good ones because it has way less clock speed becasue i read online that the other ones could be bottlenecked to 1.3Ghz

ddr3 and ddr4 isnt compatible at all

DDR3 and DDR4 are not physically or electrically compatible. I'm not aware of any boards that can use both (some boards supported DDR2 and DDR3) but even if there are, they will ONLY support DDR3 OR DDR4, not both at the same time
