Does anyone know a good Intel Turbo boost download link after Intel discontinuing it?

You can't download Turbo Boost, it's a CPU-feature.

You mean XTU? That's not discontinued

Yes but my cpu Has Turbo boost enabled and I also checked on intels website if my cpu can be Turbo boosted.

Then it's already in use, unless you've disabled in BIOS. There is nothing to download.
