Cheeky Bugger

I've no idea what happened,it's a brand new monitor, after waking up the PC from sleep i get a message " No speakers or headphones are plugged in ",it's just like the system is not detecting them anymore for some reason.I have monitor connected with PC by DisplayPort cable and the monitor is AOC 24G2U and i've been using the monitor with speakers for about 2 months now

Really? How'd you do it. I can't get my computer to stop recognizing the non-existent speakers on my monitor.

Right click on the audio icon in the tool bar, open up the settings, disabled what you aren't using.

It might be just automatically disabled for some reason, I've seen this happen. Try showing disabled devices and re-enabling it if it's there, assuming you use Windows.
