Is there a USB 3.1 Gen 2 Mobo adapter?

I'm wrapping my first ever build, but have 1 little problem. There is a USB 3.1 Gen 2 connection from my case that is not supported by my Z390 UD Mobo. I'm hoping there is a cheap fix for this, maybe an adapter? 

 

Does anyone know or is my only option getting a diff Mobo?

Search for "usb 3.0 to usb 3.1 internal adapter". There are adapters that fit on the USB 3.0 header and also PCIe cards that add a USB 3.1 header.
