Reccomendations for mechanical keyboards under 60 dollars

Never used a mechanical keyboard before so don't know much about it. It will be used for gaming and the regular typing. I would prefer the Tenkeyless ones or even 60% ones. Would like to buy within black friday so suggest some asap.?

There's Velocifire TKL02 for 34$ and Tecware Phantom RGB for 45$, both with Outemu switches.

Is that 60 Usd?

It's with Blue switches, very loud.
