I'm looking for a new TV, and there's currently two good deals on TV's where I live. Not worried about the price, but which one of those two TV's would you go for?

Both have SmartTV, 4K, and lots of other technology and features.

 

Which one should I go for, and why? 

 

The Samsung TV also comes with a "HW-R440" soundbar. Is this any good?

rtings has no reviews on those 2 tvs to even compare them. much less any review on them at all...definitely older models. having trouble just finding a site with actual specs. especially the lg one. just basic stuff that doesn't tell you anything.
hopefully someone who actually owns one of them can chime in
