HyperX Cloud Alpha CrossTalk

Hey guys i bought a set of the Cloud Alphas and im having a CrossTalk problem. I even tried to buy HyperX usb amp to fix it but nothing works i need help. i have tried all the settings i could possibly try and dont know whats going on.
