i have Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
and always pc read it  2133mhz or 2400  not 3200

I have  tried a few things but it auto defaults back to 2400 after i save changes

i enter bios but XMP Profile Option Does not show up In BIOS of my asus x570 Motherboard

"XMP" is an Intel name (though a lot of boards still use XMP for AMD)

D.O.C.P. is what Asus calls it on AMD boards. That's the setting you want.

It looks like DOCP is already set to 3200MHz. Save the BIOS settings and boot the machine. Open up task manager and check the Performance > Memory tab to see what speed your memory is running at.

ok my pc running it to 3200 hz

but do i need to change other options or no

and last thing

i tried to test my pc benchmark (r7 3700x + asus tuf x570 +16gb memory ) by useing cinebench 20 and get scores around 4400- 4380
I don't know why reviews are getting much better scores.

There's a thread on the forums where people report their Cinebench scores. You should be able to find some results from other people with a Ryzen 7 3700X and see how yours compares, or you can even post your scores and ask if it seems normal.

(Skip to the last few pages for more recent CPU results)

Quick search for professional reviews and they seem to be getting around 4800pts in Cinebench R20, which isn't too far off the 4400pts you're getting.

They are using faster RAM with 3600MHz.

What frequency is your CPU running at during the tests?

What temperature is your CPU at during the tests?
Do you have any background software running, such as web browsers, anti virus, game launchers, etc?
