Streaming and recording pc

Hi all, looking to build a new pc for my son, he does a bit of recording now on his laptop bit its not great and wanted to do some streaming. My question is ryzen 5 3600 and a gtx 1070 good enough for high 1080p and recording or streaming? 

Im in australia, trying to budget $1500 aus. Can go a little higher, already have a Dan case preordered. A 1070 are around $300-350 here. 

Your help would be muchly appreciated.

If you needed to make room in the budget via that used 1070, it would work nicely. Since this is a small form factor case, the founders edition is a solid pick.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

 

How many watts do I need? ATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explained, group reg is bad

bios flashing is a thing you should expect to do before the board recognizes the board, Could get a bootkit from AMD or use an older AM4 CPU if you already have one

Turing cards except the 1650 does have upgraded NVENC encoder compared to Pascal
