Not able to exchange Bitcoin

Hello everyone.

I want to exchange my Bitcoin into XRP or Ethereum, but it won't let me exchange. According to this article, https://www.nicehash.com/support/exchange/general/what-is-the-minimum-amount-of-cryptocurrency-that-i-can-buy I am able to exchange Bitcoin to a minimum of 1 XRP or 0.001 Ethereum. I have enough bitcoin to exchange, but when I try to it gives me the error message "secQuantity too small". Can someone please explain why this is happening?
