Multiple NVIDIA Accounts

I had an NVIDIA account that I just made with google but there are things that you cant change if you link it with Google so I went to an email generator and changed the email on it and created another account with my email but not just clicking log in with google. Is this allowed? Is there a way to delete an old NVIDIA account?

Specs: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 XC Ultra 16 GB of Corsair Vengence Gigbyte B450 Aorus Pro EVGA Supernova 650 G3 Thermaltake V200 TG RGB
