How do I reset my drivers?

I am trying to reset my monitor drivers because I am having trouble running dual monitors.

I can run one monitor at a time but not both at the same time.  I don't know why.

What monitors? What graphics chip? 

 

I would try reinstalling gpu drivers first by using DDU.

What happens when you hit Windows key+ P and you hit extend or duplicate?

Was this something you were successful with before or have you recently added another monitor to your setup?  And have you ruled out cables as the culprit?
