ViewSonic XG2701 White Lines At 144hz

I bought my monitor 3 months ago, I used 144hz from the get-go and I didn't have any problems with it. But this afternoon after a restart I got white lines from the ride side of the screen covering 2/3s of my display.

If I bring my refresh rate down to 60hz the white lines mostly go away but if I look carefully I can still see some.
Fix? Ideas?
