How to Underclock Memory?

What settings do I need to change to underclock my memory, both for 2933 and 2666? The base frequency is 3000MHz.

The base frequency of all DDR4 is 2133Mhz. To set any other speed, enable XMP (which will set 3000Mhz, along with voltage and timings), and then manually select either 2666 or 2933Mhz.
