  1. Again, what CPU cooler should I go for? Like I said I want something that's quiet, doesn't steal much air from the front fans, and potentially has some lighting, even if it's not full RGB.
  2. I want to stick to the case as it's a really good looking case and can't really find anything better. So what CPU cooler should I go with in this case? That's what the post is all about after all.
  3. I'm getting a 3090 regardless that's not the issue here. My current 1080 Ti is doing completely fine thermal wise but got a feeling that with a 3090 things could struggle, so that's why I need a CPU cooler that won't take much air from the front fans.
  4. The graphics card is already not getting too much airflow from the front fans, plus seeing how I game at 4k I need to to be able to turbo as high as possible. Plus hoping to upgrade to a 3090 when those are in stock.
  5. Current CPU is a Ryzen 3700X, non overclocked, though I also want something that will also keep up if I go 5000 series. My mobo is an X570 Aorus Elite.
  6. So I'm thinking of switching out my CPU cooling but not sure what to go with yet. I need something that's 1. quiet and 2. won't steal too much airflow from the 2 front fans, as as much of that air as possible has to go to the graphics card. The case has a 140mm slot right above the CPU which I use for just a 140mm intake fan right now, and at the back there is a 120mm slot with a 120mm out fan right now. And I know this may be a bit cliché but it would be nice if it had RGB as well, as the glass side panel on my case is extremely dark and tinted and makes it hard to see anything inside, so any
  7. So recently out of nowhere my PC randomly shuts down. Just just instantly turns off, but rather starts the Windows shutting down procedure, as if I pressed the shut down button. Any ideas on what is going on? Included some of the event viewer logs that seem like they could be useful.
  8. I literally just reinstalled Windows a few days ago.
  9. Yeah and it came back with nothing.
  10. In crystaldiskinfo all the drives are fine. Just tried those 3 commands and they didn't find any issues.
  11. So my Windows has gone all weird, it mainly seems to be something to do with Windows Explorer. it's not allowing me to install Office so when I went into the program files folder to investigate I've noticed whenever I right click in there it freezes, so I restarted my PC and now I can't access windows explorer at all, my show desktop button isn't working, searching anything from the search bar also doesn't work and just searches forever, and if I right click on the desktop I also just get the spinning ball forever, any ideas on what's going on??? Additionally I get a little notification saying
  12. Ok so I went in and just used XMP with no extra OC, so it is just running at 3000MHz and it still happens...
  13. In this new wave so far I had KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED twice, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL twice, and DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
  14. Ryzen 3700X, GTX 1080 Ti, 32 GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz, X570 Aorus Elite motherboard, anything else that's really needed? The only things that stayed the same from the upgrade was the graphics card and one of my drives.
