SSD question

I got my pc with 

 

2 TB WD BLACK M.2 NVME

2 TB INTEL 660 P M.2 NVME 

4 TB HDD 

 

Im paranoid that I should of gotten second HD higher, but this computer is strictly used for gaming and homework.

not sure i understand, but seems you have quite a bit of storage, i make 3 tb of hdd and 350 gb of sdd work , so i think you should be okay

why? already used up most of the space?

I got the intel 660p will it be powerful enough as the first one to run games etc ?

No, just felt that The 660p will be dog shit compared to the WD

it still beats the traditional hard drives, even if they spin at 10k RPM.

 

There's no such thing as matching SSDs in speed, only whether you accept the speed it's currently offering.

I’m just wondering if I should have had maingear put in two WD BLACKS, or if I’m going to regret the performance of the 660p people say I should t notice when gaming

you wont be able to tell the difference between the WD and Intel ssds 

even you do, it will be so minute it wont matter

So should I not ask maingear to take it back from

shipping to install it?

Just dont fill the 660p all the way up then, leave room for SLC cache.

Well the goal was to have my Wd be the primary the intel to be maybe my library for games and the 4tb for pics
