Are Hybrid Cards bad?

I have a really good option for me to get an EVGA RTX 2080 FTW3 Hybrid. Should I do it or pick a 3 fan card that has fewer points of failure? How often do pumps on a hybrid card die?!?!?!

PC Set up 

CPU: I9-9900k

Mobo: Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro-Wifi

GPU: MSI RTX 2070 Gamin Z 

Cooling: Cooler Master ML360R AIO

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 16 GB 3000MHZ (8GB X 2) 

RAM: Corsair Vengence Pro Lighting Enhancement Kit (0GB X 2) 

Storage: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB 

PSU: EVGA SuperNova G2 750 W 80+ Gold Fully Modular 

Case: CoolerMaster MB511 RGB

I have a Waterforce extreme 1080ti that has been up and running for over a year with only reboots and the occasional cleaning as downtime.  

Usually these cards are among the most premium and well built, with long warranties.

I'd say go for it.  it will be quieter than the 3 fan.
