Amazon second hand graphics card

Hi, 

I was looking for a new GPU on Amazon and found a €350 gtx 1080 ti second hand. 

Now I'd like to ask whether this is legit or not.

The same company, 6060-Shop has it listed 3 times, twice for $344 and once for $600. My money is on definite fake.

I would be cautious around a marketplace seller. Even buying from Amazon Warehouse Deals is not so reliable these days.
