Small micro stutters on newest version of w10

So i just reinstalled windows on my computer (i had done it kinda wrong the first time) boot drive is a samsung nvme ssd.

When playing csgo, watching youtube or series on VLC, i get small microstutters at random times. Does anyone know how to fix this? I had simmular issue once upon a time with my laptop, i ended up RMAing it. But as this pc is kinda high end and should never stuter, especially with a new windows install. What can i do? Also ive done the EmptyStandBy thing, in case that was the problem. Didnt solve it.

Don't worry about registry "errors" and do not use any registry cleaners or other system tune utilities unless you know what you're doing.

About your PC - if you have Nvidia card - change power settings to Adaptive or max.

Also - try to configure your system a little longer.
