Water Cooling Tubing

I'm looking into getting an AIO for my build but want to get some insight on the tubing type from people that know. There is a Cooler Master AIO that has FEP tubing, it's a 240 mm AIO but I have never heard of FEP tubing before. I know most that I have seen use sleeved rubber tubing, but what exactly is the difference? And is Rubber Tubing better or are they basically the same? Thank you in advance.

FEP is a very stiff flexible tube. Rubber is far more flexible. That's the major difference.
