Wmr Hmd wont work unless headstrap is up

ive tried reinstalling the wmr software multiple times and using other pc's and yet the same issue occurs. ive looked all over youtube and yet seen nothing in order to fix this i feel as though it might be something within the hmd like a screw loose or something of the sort that turns off the display i dont know!

Might be a hardware fault. If it's still under warranty I would suggest getting a replacement.
