i5 7400 + MSI B150m-Pro VD + GTX 1070 = Bottlenecked?

I have a new build PC, this is the following specs that I have:
MSI B150m-Pro VD

2 8gb 2400mhz DDR4 RAM

i5 7400 3.0GHZ to 3.5GHZ (Turbo boost)
Palit Super Jetstream GTX 1070 8gb

120gb SSD ADATA

2TB Seagate Barracuda HDD

Cooler Master G750m

My question in this build will I have a bottlenecking issues in my build? if ever what are the parts to be replaced?
I also have a used i5 8400, but for now I don't have any cash left to buy a new motherboard for that, is my CPU is okay with the GTX 1070?

thank you for all who will response, I am newbie here thanks.

If you plan to upgrade eventually to an 8400 then I would say yes, it is worth your time.

as I saw on youtube the i5 8400 is a good CPU compare to 7400 but the thing is I cannot find any GTX 1070 partnered with those CPUs , now I can't Determine if my CPU bottlenecked my GTX 1070, is my GTX 1070 is too much on my current i5 7400? thank you for your immediate response.

The i5 8400 doesn't bottleneck a GTX 1070, but an i3 8100 / i5 7400 does. It all depends on the games you play.

You could sell the i5 7400 and the B150m board and have more than enough money to get a decent board for the i5 8400.

Not a major bottleneck, no. A minor one. And only in certain games.

You are set for many years. An upgrade will only be necessary when you go 4K. Take it from me, I still game with a 6th gen i5/1070 combo and LOVE it to death. My CPU is not even turbo clocked(I manually set it to 3.0 GHz). And I game in 1440p well above 100 fps in almost every game I play. Just make sure you always master every individual graphic setting in each game you play and you'll be just fine. Always keep anything to do with particles, grass and global illumination set to off/low/normal. Depending on the game of course. Some games you'll want grass at medium but not a game like GTA 5.
