I didn't have the issue at all - I was just wondering if what I've seen/read is true about the BIOS being saved on the Motherboard itself or if it's actually saved on the Hard Drive, so I would have to re-install the updated BIOS (UEFI). I re-installed my OS to fix my issue I was havin w/a faulty EVGA RTX 2080 FTW3 Ultra Gaming 8gb (back to my EVGA GTX 1070 TI FTW2 8gb) and the issues have gone away an the BIOS is still on the updated version; thanks for the help!
