Not sure which CPU to use

Hello everyone, I'm planning on buying a GTX 1060 6GB card for my first PC, I was wondering what CPU would best pair with this graphics card. I want to stay at or underneath $200 for the CPU. I'm planning on streaming with this setup trying to go for 1080p 60 fps, if that is not possible with the price constraint then 720p 30 fps is more than okay. I have no idea the processing power needed to stream and play games at the same time.

something like a 1600 or 2600 would be really nice and far below your budget

rx580 should be cheaper than the 1060 while performing the same. you should also most likely get your hands on a gtx 1660 for the same price as a gtx 1060.

and the 1660 has the new nvenc encoder, so it's really nice for streaming
