corsair Will a third party fan hub work with corsair LL120 RGB fans?

I am planning to do an upgrade to the 3rd gen ryzen cpus and with that I will change my case(at least try to, it depends on cpu+mobo prices) to the corsair crystal 280x with the h100i aio cooler and 2 LL120 RGB fans and I would try to still use the fans than come included with the case(doesn't come with rgb fans) adding to a total of 6 fans(aio on top(x2 ML120+ 240mm rad)+ x2 LL120RGB at thefront + x2 ML120 at the bottom). And I haven't found any stores(in spain) that sell the corsair hub other than corsair's web site. But they do sell other fan hub like this ones:

I've also though of using something like this and connect it on to the mobo.

Does anyone know if this two methods would work.

Will work for powering those fans but no rgb unless you get the corsair thing

Would it work through the motherboard??

Corsair RGB fans will only work with a RGB fan hub connected to a lighting node pro, or commander pro.
