Are Portable Monitors worth it?

Hey Everyone. So I've been looking into getting a budget gaming laptop and I was wondering what if I bought a portable monitor that is color accurate with Delta E and sRGB. What would be some good options and is it a good idea?

those typically cost above 1000 USD, I'm trying to find an option under that price.
