Is it worth it to overclock a R5 2600X to 4.2Ghz?

Or can I go with it in stock clocks?

I am asking because my sister gave me her water cooler. My Ryzen cpu is on its stock cooler right now.

 I overclock whenever possible. Then again you don't always see a huge performance increase but usually its worth a shot.

Leave it stock and drop voltage using an offset. Since the CPU will "boost" beyond stock out of the box clock speeds.

Terrible cooler. One of the worst performing 240mm rad AIOs, prone to malfunction and sometimes leakage. I'd make my own heatsink with an aluminum can than use that
