Corsair HXi not showing in Link/iCue

Hi all. 

Can anyone help here?
I have a Commander Pro connected via USB to a header on my Asus ROG Croshair Hero vii, i have then my PSU and Lighting Node connected to the x2 USB on my commander pro and i can not see my PSU in the software. 
Please can someone help me.

What if you plug the PSU directly into your motherboard's USB header?
