Need settings for FPS in csgo

I have i3 6100, GTX 1050 4gb oc,8 GB ram

Tell me some good settings for getting atleast 200fps in CSgo

turn everything to low and set the resolution as low as the monitor can go

also if your monitor is 60hz it won't matter

CS:GO is cpu bound, best settings would be everything on low at the lowest resoltuion,  Otherwise upgrade CPU.

There is the input lag factor that people strive to improve

that pc should run csgo no problem.

turn everything to the lowest possible, and have multicore rendering to enabled

 

side note, having 10 second round timer music(whatever it's called) at like maybe 5-10% volume helps, in case you need to defuse without a kit.
