Microphone makes noise even when turned off

Hey guys,

 

as titled my microphone somehow makes noises even when turned off.

I can not chat with anyone because it's so loud.

There is some error with audio format or so, because yesterday I fixed this by just clicking the Windows trouble-shooting button and it found out that there is a audio format error and it fixed it. 

But now windows doesn't even find the error so I don't know how to fix it.

I have it since the last Windows update.

Is there any workaround?

Ok I found out turning the Mic off in Windows Soundbar and turning it on again works for now. But I wonder if it will work after reboot?
