Was wondering if there was a way to get cool moving backgrounds like that... without paying.. If you know any.

Maybe one of these could work for you. Wallpaper engine is still your best bet because there's a lot of community made content available for only 4 Euros.

Make sure to quote or tag people, so they get notified.

Its like 5 or so euros for that engine....
