Which capture card is best for 2 pc streaming setup?

ImHKpeople

So I got a AverMedia GC311 recently and I wanted to share some thoughts about it while I got some questions and issues that I do need a bit of help. So it’s absolutely great with how easy the setup is just plug and go. With 1080p 60fps resolution it’s definitely not bad at all. Also the size is relatively small and also quite cheap. But one thing do bother me when trying to do a 2 pc streaming setup is that the card doesn’t seem like capturing my gaming rig’s sound. So my streaming rig is only getting the game without any background sound. It’s quite terrible just watching the gameplay without hearing anything, I tried some methods on the internet trying to split the audio from one pc to another but the audio that came out was some terrible quality with echoes.

So is there any solutions to it? Or if you guys got some better capture card that could share about. Would be nice if it could capture the background sound and also would be great if you could teach me the audio setup of how to capture the audio from my gaming rig.

Could always setup an NDI link and stream it across your home network between computers. This is the cheapest way since it only costs you time and energy to set it up.

Can it capture the sound from my gaming rig tho? The main reason I bought the capture card is that I sometimes stream games on other consoles.

Not sure how it works with consoles, I know NDI is great for PC to PC game streaming. You can do some google searching to find the answers you want or need about NDI i'm sure.
