What program or game have you spent the most hours on?

I've played games for quite some time. I know though that many other people have spent countless hours more than I have. However, I have figured out that I've spent 1,277 hours listening to music on Pandora over the course of six years.

In terms of other time measurements, my total time is:

  • equal to 4,597,200 seconds
  • equal to 76620 minutes
  • equal to  53 days
  • equal to 1.7 months

What figures have you racked up in games and such?

Ah, Pandora, a man of culture I see. I've been using Pandora everyday since 2013 or 2014? Ever since I dropped Spotify because of their shitty radio I haven't turned back. I average about 7 hours a day on Pandora so a VERY ROUGH estimate would put me in the 48,000 hour range.

I don't have Last.fm premium so I can't calculate more than the current year and one year back, but over the course of last year alone I spent 16+ days listening to music. Multiply that by say 5 years, and you've got roughly 80 days straight worth of listening to music. And that only accounts for music streaming through Spotify on a computer or my Android phone - Spotify streamed via my Sonos speaker, Chromecast, or game consoles would easily double this number. Music is ❤️ is life.

Hmmm. Would Windows itself count? Would each major release of Windows be counted separately, or could one count them as one? If not, I'd argue that any major overhauls of games shouldn't count, either.

I need to know the rules before I can answer this!

Hand, n. A singular instrument worn at the end of the human arm and commonly thrust into somebody’s pocket.
