Good Main Monitor for Titan X(Maxwell)

AmpedUpDad

Looking to replace one of my main 720p monitors with a good monitor for gaming.

I was thinking that 1440p would be good with the Titan X, but I am not 100% sure. If 1440p @144hz is going to work well, what would be a good priced($250-300usd) monitor for that?

If 1080p is going to be best with the Titan X, then what would be a good priced monitor that is 144hz capable?

Thanks in advance.

I used a 980ti for 3 years before getting a 1080ti, i game at 1440p 144hz just fine with both, just have to adjust settings.

So... a good monitor suggestion?

i like my Acer XB270HU, but its not in the 200-300$ range. You can find a few Dell 27" 1440p Gsync panels in that range used. I prefer IPS, but some of the newer Panels are super nice as well like the LG monitor Jayztwocents just got, but i hate Ultra wide so

What do you pay the most? a 2560x1080p75hz ultrawide like the LG 29UM68-P is ideal for it in my opinion.

Tbh, I don't play one type of game most.

I play single player rpgs, shooters, esports titles, all of it. I am a variety gamer...lol.
