Cooling Controls

Sh4d0wm4n

Hello all,

I am after a bit of help if i may trouble you for a bit of your time on this very wet Saturday evening.

I am about to hit buy on my new build after 7 years, one of my (many) troubles is how to control my cooling.

I am going to have a pair of 360 Rads running Corsair LL120's plus the chassis fans, I Suspect a total of 9 or 10 fans. I Currently control my cooling "Zones" with a Lamptron touch but ideally i would like to do away with that and have a software based fan control solution that i can manage in the same way, IE, Rad1 = Zone 1
Rad2 - Zone 2
and then the rest of the fans in single Zones.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please.

**EDIT**

I would like to also control the RGB of each rad x3 fans in line, So Zone1 and Zone2 be managed

Are you using all LL120s? If so a Corsair Commander Pro and some Y splitters will work just fine.

As far as fan speed control it doesn't matter if they are Corsair fans or not. Only the RGB fans would have to be corsair for the lighting aspect. So you would get the best of everything RGB controller for the LL's Fan control for all, and even 4 temp sensors. Plus the ability to expand and add on in the future for lighting.
