Ulephone power 5 can't connect to cellular data.

I recently bought a ulephone power 5 and so far I can't seem to be able to use my cellular data, I am forced to use wifi or else it says I'm offline even tho it reads "4g" right next to the network logo thingy

You phone does not have a number. That makes me believe that there is an issue with the sim card or phone. Did you verify this phone is compatible with your carrier? ALSO have you verified your APN settings with the ones that your carrier uses? I only mention this because I have had to manually set mine before. You might find the info on the carriers website.
