Connection Issues

Hi Guys So i recently shifted to a new ISP and i encountered a problem my Wifi is fast on my phone it loads up most content quickly ocassionally it has a issue once in every 3 hours it stutters for 1 minute or so. The Problem is with my laptop it has got heavily Inconsistent Speeds Sometimes pages load up  Super Quick and Sometimes it takes forever. Most Commonly the pages normally show up as "Site cant be reached" and out of nowhere it loads up the site. My plan is a 25Mbps Unlimited and all Speed Tests are showing Speeds ranging between 18-24Mbps

Steam Downloads Always go at 25Mbps

 

My wifi router is A Tenda Wifi

Dns: www.tendawifi.com(set by ISP guy)

Connection type:802.11n

 

Laptop wifi adapter is

Qualcomm QCA 9377 and windows says all drivers are up to date

It sounds like the laptop is dying, something is up with it, has nothing to do with your connection.  Play a single player game and youll see.

its 1 and a half years old

but it fell from my hand about 2 months back dont know wether it has damaged anything the only damage is physically where there is a minor dent on the body and the hinges are damaged
