Encrypted Files (Accessible Via External USB Key) HELP ME

Hello LTT Community. This is my first post on the forums here.

 

I want to have some files encrypted but I want these files on Drive A to only be accessible if Drive C (USB) is connected. I feel like having this sort of physical security cause it feels interesting. I want to run this in a command line preferably but if there happens to be a program that allows this I would be very grateful if someone could redirect me to it. ❤️
