Motherboard usb not working but bird turn on and everything

Alright problem I have is motherboard usb not working it’s rog rampage vi extreme at first it turn on and everything fine I downlode some update from usb drive they sent with board shut it down next day try to turn it on mine keyboard or mouse won’t connect so all I can do is turn on computer can’t get bios or anything also there picture on motherboard cpu code 00 idk if that bad or good also when I hit switch to see what wrong white light turn on graphic card also I used pcpartpicker to check to see if all parts compatible there no problem there

Alright problem I have is my motherboard USB ports are not working. It’s an ROG rampage vi extreme. At first I it turn on and everything is fine. I downloded an update from a USB drive ASUS sent with my motherboard. I then shut it down. On the next day, I tried to turn it on, but my keyboard or mouse won’t connect. I can’t get bios or anything. The motherboard is displaying CPU Code 00. The light on the GPU turns on when the PC is on. I have also used PCPartPicker to check for part compatibility.

im not sure what you mean you downloaded an update from a usb drive they sent with the motherboard? 

have you tried EVERY usb port? even the ones on your case and not just the back of the motherboard?

He mean he flashed the Bios?

Updated the cd/dvd from the mobo package?

He must download the latest from Asus Website..

have you tried EVERY usb port? even the ones on your case and not just the back of the motherboard?

I try everyone of them they just suddenly stop working when I turn back on mine computer next day so no usb devices can be connect
